6. Autonomous Systems and Artificial Intelligence Processes
The autonomous agent architecture within Karden Global may use AI-assisted models to classify, prioritise, and route contact requests to operations teams. In these processes, your personal data is processed only for defined business purposes, in line with the principle of data minimisation; automated decision mechanisms are supported by human oversight.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
